How to prepare the hot healthy bath with essential oils?
Is it worth to take a bath with essential oils?
Of course it is! It's so relaxing and also has a lot of goodness for our skin!
Essential oils are an active ingredients, usually extracted by steam distillation from different parts of plants, such as the petals, leaves, seeds, bark, wood or roots.
Essential oils are often used in aromatherapy to treat stress, depression, headache or boosting your immune system. They also have a strong effect on the skin, therefore are used in many skincare products. A hot bath with essential oils will not only help you relax, but also moisturize, firm, brighten, hydrate or reduce acne and sebum production.
HOW TO PREPARE A HOT BATH?
- use not more then 10 droops of essential oils
- dilute the essentials oils first in 2 tbsp of carrier oil (olive, sunflower, coconut or jojoba)
- oils are not mixing with the water, so add some emulsifier to the bath, like bath liquid. The emulsifier can combine with the essential oils and avoid stick to your skin, irritate and burn!!
